Roadmap with quarterly plan
A delivery plan covering the next twelve months. Which use cases first, in what order, with which dependencies. Including realistic effort estimates in person-days or a fixed price.
Tool and architecture recommendation
Which AI models, which platforms, which data architecture. Including assessment of data protection, GDPR, and vendor lock-in. You will not end up buying licenses you do not need.

Kickoff
A 60 minute workshop where we understand your situation. Which processes exist, where the pain points are, what you have already tried with AI, what worked, what did not.
- Step 02
Use case collection
We talk to three to five key roles in your company, 45 minutes each. From these conversations we build a long list of 15 to 30 possible use cases.
- Step 03
Scoring and prioritization
Each use case is scored on value, effort, technical maturity, and strategic fit. The long list becomes a prioritized backlog with a clear recommendation.
- Step 04
Presentation and handover
We present the result to your leadership team. You receive the backlog, roadmap, and architecture recommendation as an actionable document. Includes two weeks of follow-up questions.

Hourly consulting creates the wrong incentive. We work exclusively on a fixed-price basis, with a clearly defined scope and a fixed timeline.
Sprint
Two weeks, one focus area. A fit when you already have a clear use case and only need the strategic framing. Includes assessment, recommendation, and a written position paper.

Continued engagement
Three to six months, standard engagement plus ongoing delivery support. We are on site monthly, sparring with your team, adjusting the roadmap. A fit for more complex setups.

Frequent questions
Answers to questions we hear often.
- If your AI activity today is three ChatGPT licenses and a Copilot pilot, strategic consulting is even more valuable. We help you move from isolated experiments to a scalable strategy.
- For a standard engagement, plan for about three days per key role, spread over four weeks. That covers workshops, interviews, and the closing presentation. Less than that and the recommendation rests on a shaky foundation.
- We sign a confidentiality agreement before the discovery call as a default. During the engagement we only receive the information we truly need. After closing, we destroy or anonymize all internal material.
- Both are possible. In the standard engagement the focus is on strategy and roadmap. If you want, we then deliver ourselves (for example as an AI agent implementation) or support your delivery teams in the Format 3 variant.
- Three things: fixed price instead of day rates, a small senior team instead of a junior pyramid, DACH mid-market focus instead of a corporate template. We are not a replacement for McKinsey if you need a global AI strategy for 50,000 people. We are the right choice when you want pragmatic outcomes for a mid-market company.
- Usually within two weeks of signing. For urgent topics faster, which we align in the discovery call.
- Selectively, but it is not our focus. Our strength lies in the mid-market between 50 and 5,000 employees. Enterprise-specific topics like global governance structures or multi-vendor roadmaps are better served by enterprise consulting firms.
