Service · Team Training

AI training that sticks beyond the workshop.

Buying licenses is not enough. Productivity emerges only when your people know which tool serves which task, where the limits are, and how to handle company data safely. We deliver that, role by role, without the YouTube-tutorial filler.

On site, in person, or remote. Standard modules or fully tailored to your context.

The problem

Your company has AI tools. Your people do not have them yet.

ChatGPT licenses sit unused. Copilot gets used only for email autocomplete. A few power users experiment in silence while the rest of the team fears doing something wrong. Generic YouTube tutorials do not help, because they match neither your tools nor your data-protection policies.

What we usually see

Employees writing customer names into ChatGPT prompts. Managers sending AI-generated text to clients unchecked. Teams using every tool the same way instead of picking the right one for the task. AI as a toy instead of a tool.

What we do

We train your people role-based. Sales learns differently from accounting. Marketing needs different tools than HR. Leadership needs overview and decision heuristics, not prompt tutorials. Every role gets what they actually need.

Training modules

Six modules, bookable individually or as a program.

Each module is a self-contained half- or full-day workshop. On site or remote, with your tool setup, with your data as examples.

Module 01

AI fundamentals for working professionals

What generative AI is and what it is not. How ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Copilot differ. Where the strengths and weaknesses sit. One day, for all employees, regardless of role.

1 day · all roles

Module 02

Prompting workshop

Structured prompting for productive results. Which prompting patterns actually help, which myths are circulating, how to arrive at better outputs systematically. With real examples from your daily work.

1 day · all roles

Module 03

Using AI safely, GDPR-compliant

Which data can you put where. What the GDPR actually says about cloud LLMs. What role data processing agreements play. What is allowed, what is risky, what is forbidden. Plus hands-on work with your internal policies.

half day · mandatory for all

Module 04

AI in sales and marketing

Lead research, email personalization, content creation, competitor analysis. Which tools suit which task. How to scale quality without losing brand consistency.

1 day · sales, marketing

Module 05

AI in back-office and operations

Document processing, analysis, accounting, HR processes. Which tasks can be partially automated. How to integrate AI into existing tools like Microsoft 365 without buying new software.

1 day · back-office, accounting, HR

Module 06

AI for leaders

Decision heuristics instead of tool tutorials. How to evaluate AI proposals from your teams. What realistic ROI expectations look like. How to lead a team where AI is becoming standard.

half day · executive leadership

Full program

Modules become an AI enablement program.

Single workshops are useful. A connected enablement program changes how the work gets done. We combine the modules into a progressive curriculum, tuned to your organization with outcome checks.

  1. Phase 01

    Diagnosis

We analyze where your organization stands. Which tools are in place, who uses what, where the skill gaps are. From that we build a training plan that matches your maturity.

  2. Phase 02

    Rollouts

Modular training over 4 to 12 weeks, staggered by role and priority. Live workshops plus practical assignments between sessions, so the learning sticks.

  3. Phase 03

    Anchoring

Identify champions in the teams, build an internal wiki, run office hours for open questions. So the learning is not buried again two months later.

Right fit

This training fits you when:

Fits you

  • Your company has between 20 and 2,000 employees.
  • You have already introduced AI tools or are about to.
  • You want your people to use AI safely and productively.
  • You have different roles with different requirements.
  • You are looking for practical learning, not abstract lectures.

Does not fit you

  • You are looking for a single off-the-shelf online course.
  • You want your people to watch YouTube tutorials on their own.
  • You have no interest in GDPR framing.
  • You are not planning tool adoption, you just want to "sample" the topic.
  • You are looking for a short webinar as a compliance checkbox.

Frequent questions

Answers to questions we hear often.

  • For Module 1 and Module 3, no. For the role modules it helps if participants have already used ChatGPT or similar once. We check this in the pre-call and adjust the depth.
What pairs well

Training alone is only half the story.
